Care New England(CNE) permits community providers and other authorized non-employed individuals (i.e., students, residents, volunteers, researchers, vendors) with access to the CNE network and CNE electronic medical records.

If you are a health care provider or provider office staff whose patients are treated in a Care New England facility, you may complete a request for access to your patient’s Care New England facility medical records for continuity of care. All requests are vetted with CNE Physician Relations Department. Choose the link below to request a new account as a non-affiliated community healthcare provider.
