Our Patient & Visitor Code of Conduct supports us in providing a safe, caring, and inclusive environment in all our spaces. Words or actions that are ill-mannered, racist, discriminatory, intimidating, or harassing are not welcome. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Offensive comments including others’ race, accent, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or other personal traits 2. Physical or verbal threats and assaults 3. Intimidation 4. Sexually explicit or vulgar words or behaviors 5. Disrupting another patient’s care or experience If the Code of Conduct is violated, we will discuss the incident with you.
