The Community Connect Program Analyst is responsible for the implementation and support of the CNE Epic Ambulatory EMR in community physician offices. Works closely with physicians and office staff to articulate, plan for, implement, upgrade and troubleshoot EMR system requirements and issues. Will provide EMR forms management, process re-engineering, workflow management, training and support expertise for assigned customer sites. The analyst has in-depth knowledge of the software and serves as a bridge between the end users, vendors, and other IS support teams.
Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Mathematics or Computer Science or related field with one to three years experience as a Programmer Analyst, Support Analyst, or related position, preferably in a health care and/or hospital environment. Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills required. Experience in EMR system implementation, project management and presentation skills preferred. Knowledge of healthcare terminology and/or certification in Epic applications highly desirable.
