(Providence, RI) – Care New England’s Integra Community Care Network has received National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Case Management Accreditation at the highest level for three years. This evidence-based accreditation recognizes organizations that demonstrate excellence in the delivery of high-quality case management programs focused on continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care.
The accreditation reflects Integra's commitment to delivering exceptional performance while meeting the complex needs of the patients and communities it serves.
