Job Description Designs, develops and implements solutions for customers on the Microsoft SharePoint platform and supports some .Net custom developed work. The incumbent manages the functionality of the applications, oversees the implementation of software codes, and ensures that backups are performed.  Ensures user accessibility to the applications, coordinates troubleshooting and debugging of problems to maintain smooth functioning of the applications.  Assists with professional development of other staff and performs other job-related duties as needed.
Required Education Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related area with three to five years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Must have experience/working effectively with .Net, HTML, standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field (i.e. SQL, XML, XSLT, JavaScript, C#, VB, ASP .Net). 

The candidate must have .Net development experience, where SharePoint development is preferred. Experience evaluating new desktop and client server applications, analyzing user requirements, and developing system/application specifications based on need. Experience designing, programming, modifying and implementing databases and database driven applications using Microsoft SQL or other database packages.  Must have basic project management skills, as well as strong communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
