Health Tip: When Should I Wash My Hands?

When preparing food and at other times
(HealthDay News) -- Washing your hands is among the best and easiest ways to prevent infection and the spread of germs.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says you should always wash your hands:
Before, during and after you prepare food. Before you eat. Before and after you care for someone who is sick or has an open wound. After you go to the bathroom, help a child use the bathroom or change a baby's diaper. After you cough, sneeze or blow your nose. After you handle garbage, animals, animal feed or animal waste.
