The Occupational Therapist occupational therapy treatment and evaluating patients referred by other qualified medical personnel. The incumbent provides direct treatment to patients as well as consultation and education to patients, families, and team members regarding occupational services.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy with Certification as a Registered Occupational Therapist by the American Occupational Therapy Association and Rhode Island licensure. A minimum of one year job-related experience or equivalent is required. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be fluent in the English language.
