The Human Resources Analyst/Human Resources Business Partner serves as a consultant to operations on human resource related issues within a specific operational area or physical location defined by the Care New England organizational structure. Successful HR Business Partners are employee champions and change agents. Provides human resource services and consultation in the areas of compensation and benefits and HRIS. Researches and analyzes data to support HR objectives and CNE strategic plan. This role is responsible for implementing and enforcing the strategic HR direction at the guidance of the Sr. HRBP or Sr. Leadership in the areas of recruitment, training and development, change management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits. Collaboration with members of not only the location-specific HR team, but also front line management in the operational area. Regular interaction with the department managers is essential to assess and anticipate HR-related needs and issues.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or other related field with three to five years’ experience in Human Resources, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Certification in at least one major HR discipline such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CCP, or CBP preferred. Must have knowledge of MS office products, Power-point, Word, Excel, and Access. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills required.
