Assist the cook in the preparation and serving of food to residents in a sanitized environment and meet the dietary needs of the residents. Must be able to work well with clients and maintain discipline in the kitchen.
Degree from a two-year college or technical school. Two years experience in either institutional cooking or retirement cooking. Knowledge of special diets. Must have valid driver's license and insured automobile. RI licensure, management certified in food safety.
