Provide senior leadership and operational development and oversight of Integra’s Medicaid Accountable Entity/ACO program, Accountable Healthy Communities Model and other grant programs
Bachelor’s degree required: MBA, MHA or other Master’s Degree preferred. Seven to ten years working in a fast-paced professional environment preferred. A senior leader who can operate with a strategic view of the organization, yet knows how to translate ideas into a concrete course of action and work with teams on a tactical basis. Proven leadership and experience with Medicare and Medicaid programs and policy, and experience in the management of grants is highly valued. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact positively with a wide range of constituents. The ability to lead or influence teams across disciplines and functions is also essential, as is a highly flexible and adaptive work ethic. Health care administrative management experience required with a solid understanding of the health care delivery setting, operations management, and budgeting. Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present information to small, and at times, large audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills including development of project parameters, goals, time lines and outcome measurement. Analytic skills to collect information from diverse sources and summarize the information and data in order to solve problems. Ability to function effectively within an ever-changing environment and to meet deadlines and reprioritize as necessary. Ability to work both independently and within a team and matrix environment. Must be creative, flexible, self-motivated, professional and must possess sound judgment with an ability to plan and initiate new activities consistent with achieving performance excellence. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications-Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Access. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
