The HR Analyst provides excellent customer service and expertise in the areas of compensation and benefits. Participates in compensation surveys, conducts market analysis and evaluates survey data to recommend rates, ranges and salary adjustments. Works with managers/supervisors to collect and examine detailed information regarding job duties to update and prepare job descriptions in accordance with policy and ADA requirements. Responsible for pension calculations and the ongoing administration of System-wide benefits. Works on special projects when necessary.
A Bachelor’s Degree required; and a minimum of three years’ experience required in compensation and benefits. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Previous healthcare experience preferred; excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills required.
