Job Description
Responsible for preparing food for dining room and for patients under the direction of the Cook/Sous Chef/Executive Chef. 
Required Education
1. High Schood Diploma.  2. Vocational/technical training and a minimum of one year's job-related experience.  3. Requires enough education to understand and follow directions both oral and written. 4. Able to read, write, and use simple arithmetic, and keep simple records.
