The Salad Maker prepares and mixes ingredients for salads, fruit cups, cold plates, sandwiches and desserts for patient, cafeteria and function activity consumption. Follows standardized recipes and portion sizes. Performs related duties as assigned by the production manager.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to keep accurate records. Must be proficient in the English language. Work may require fair amount of dexterity to handle china, cut and serve foods and use equipment.
