1-4 years human resources experience, with at least 1-2 years in a similar role
Knowledge of PC's particularly text processing, database management, desktop publishing and graphics.
Knowledge of administration and management principles.
Knowledge of medical and/or educational settings
Ability to understand policies and principles of the department, the relationship with other hospital departments,Brown University and community physicians.
Organizational and priority setting skills
Ability to apply logic to problem resolution
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with peers / other disciplines
Proficiency in English Grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work with individuals from a variety of disciplines at a variety of levels.
Ability to learn the curriculum design and development, teaching and learning principles, and design and development of evaluation systems.
