EXPERIENCE: Two to Three years marketing/customer support experience required; (preferable in a medical setting). Demonstrated competency in troubleshooting and providing telephonic support. Previous experience with various software packages, PC’s and data base knowledge required. Must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergency situations. Must be able to manage, prioritize, and complete several tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Must process excellent attention-to detail, organizational skills and problem solving skills. Must be ale to work independently and complete assignments with minimum supervision.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: : Position requires individual to show initiative and good judgment. Excellent communications and organization skills required. Must have ability to speak in front of groups and interface with community elderly in their homes. Must be able to work independently and complete assignments with minimal supervision. Must be able to coordinate, prioritize and complete tasks simultaneously in a timely manner through proven strong problem solving and prioritization skills. Must be customer service oriented and able to blend strong technical knowledge with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Must be deadline-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
