As part of our teaching mission, members of the Division direct or participate in a variety of monthly or bi-monthly interdepartmental conferences, including the Perinatal Clinical-Pathological Conference, the Perinatal Mortality Conference, the Perinatal Pathology Conference, the Perinatal Neuropathology Conference, and the
Multidisciplinary Antenatal Diagnosis and Management Conference (M.A.D.A.M.).
Research
The Division members are conducting clinical research projects focusing on various aspects of placental and fetal pathology. Current basic research, involving the molecular regulation of fetal lung development, has been funded by external grants including the American Lung Association. |
